Overview

Explore change over time as we compare our own lives to the experiences of people in the past. Students will examine pictures, handle objects and hear stories that highlight the great change and consistency that has occurred.

Written to complement the Grade 2 Social Studies curriculum. The program addresses the following curriculum objectives:

2.2.6: Analyze how the community being studied emerged, by exploring and reflecting upon the following questions for inquiry: What are the origins of their community?
