Tickets Now Available for Valentine’s High Tea

Surprise your special Valentine with the Galt Museum & Archives Valentine’s High Tea where they will be treated to dainty sandwiches, special desserts and delicious crèmes prepared by The View's extraordinary chefs, sip tea and coffee from around the world selected by Express Tea & Coffee, served in style by Friends of the Galt and Galt Museum Board Members on Saturday, February 9 from 2:30 – 4:00 pm in the private dining room at The View at Lethbridge. A Victorian Fashion show and student musicians will add a special touch.
“Two departments at the University of Lethbridge Faculty of Fine Arts are involved in the event this year,” according to Chris Roedler, Resource Development & Volunteer Coordinator in charge of the special event, “Musical stylings will feature Dale Ketcheson’s talented students from the Department of Music, and a Victorian Fashion Show features costumes from the Dramatic Arts and Theatre Department.”
Limited event tickets are now available at the Galt Museum Store for $25/person. Children are welcome! Those who attend are encouraged to “dress to impress”. Parking at The View is limited; transportation will be available from the Galt Museum & Archives at 2:00 pm to The View.
The Valentine’s High Tea is a fundraiser presented in partnership with The View at Lethbridge in support of the Galt Museum's educational initiatives, including the bussing program, which allows local school groups to book a school bus at no cost for their field trips to the museum.

Additional special programs are also planned.
