Join us for a relaxed, memory-filled afternoon in the river bottom! This community picnic invites folks who have lived in—or have strong ties to—the Lethbridge river bottom to gather, share stories, and reconnect with the histories and landscape that shaped them.
Fun evening of yoga instruction, bring a mat, props (if you like), yourself, your friends and family and a water bottle.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive style of yoga where seated or reclined poses are held for extended periods, typically 3 to 10 minutes. It targets deep connective tissues like fascia and ligaments to improve joint mobility, enhance overall flexibility, and encourage deep relaxation
Let your imagination take root! Create your very own magical fairy garden in a 1" green garden dish using soil, plants, flowers, and whimsical decorations. Build a tiny world full of charm and creativity to take home and enjoy.
