Carla Beres is a multidisciplinary artist and Therapeutic Arts Practitioner based in Lethbridge, Alberta. Intrigued by the beauty of nature, her work bursts with colourful botanical motifs and the fluidity of organic forms, reflecting her aim to reconnect people with themselves and the natural world.

Carla has contributed to community events such as the YWCA Hope Campaign and A Brush with Art, a creative program initiated by Recovery Alberta. She has also participated in group exhibitions at venues including Casa, the Old Strathcona Performing Arts Centre and the Fort Macleod Allied Arts.

Currently, she is facilitating guided creative workshops and wellness retreats across Southern Alberta that encourage participants to explore their inner world through expressive practices and mindful art-making. Blending beauty with intention, fostering play and personal growth, Carla’s warm, encouraging presence makes art feel like a gentle path toward balance, self expression and healing.

Carla works with passion and loves sharing her excitement for therapeutic art.
