Step into the kitchens of the past for an evening of heritage cooking and delicious storytelling! Join Galt’s own Community Programmer, Kristin Krein, and Archives Assistant, Bobbie Fox, as they explore recipes from the Archives - this fall we are enjoying the historic Stafford Family cookbook! Together, we’ll prepare a featured heritage dish and sample a variety of recipes from the past — some comforting, some surprising, and some that may test your culinary courage!

Take home a cookbook featuring recipes from all four Recipes from the Archives programs so you can continue exploring local history in your own kitchen.
