Your evening begins at 6:00 PM at the Galt Museum, where you’ll be welcomed into an exclusive after-hours experience. Sip and mingle, get your picture taken and then slip behind the scenes of Dried Out: Prohibition in Alberta with a curator-led tour.

At 7:00 PM, the adventure continues as we take to the streets together—destination: a downtown speakeasy. Arrive at Bourbon & Butter for a 7:30 PM seating, where the password gets you through the door and into a world of secret indulgence.

Enjoy a three-course meal paired with the smooth sounds of jazz. Vintage attire is highly encouraged.

When the clock strikes 9:30 PM, the doors open for a lively Prohibition dance and cocktail party. Open to the public (18+), this late-night affair features $10 cocktails, delicious appetizers, and a dance floor ready for your best moves—all running until late into the night.
