Museum Community Day & Galt Hospital/Baby Birthday Party

The Galt Hospital wing of the Galt Museum is 100 years old this year, and we're throwing a Centennial and Galt Babies birthday party! Free admission, programs and activities throughout the day, which also celebrates the opening of the new exhibit Galt Hospital: 100 Years.

Galt Babies are people born at the Galt Hospital between 1891 [the first building]-1955. Contact Lori for more information at 403.320-4219 or send an email.

FIND THE KEY oral history tells us that someone involved in the opening of the building in 1910 misplaced the key. After a bit of a scramble, it was found and the building opened with the deserving fanfare. We will re-create the fanfare and involve YOU!

Beginning SEP 01 watch our website, Twitter and Facebook for weekly clues as to where the key is hidden! The first person to find it will be the person to open the doors to our building at the event on SEP 26!
