Bidding rules:

• All bids must be placed prior to 5:00 pm MST on December 30, 2008
• All bids must include your name, day-time phone number and $ amount of your bid - if this information is not provided your bid will not be deemed valid

• You must be in attendance at the event to continue with bidding OR

• All artifacts are entrusted for the citizens of Lethbridge to the Galt Museum & Archives where they are kept in climate-controlled conditions, both in the Collections storage area, and in Discovery Hall exhibit spaces.

• "Adoption" here means sponsorship, the "adopter" means sponsor, "adoption" is in name only and the "adoption" is valid for 2009
